I had the SAME thing happen to me! Neighbor's dog runs loose. When I confronted her about it, she says, "That's not my dog, it's the one from down the road that looks like our dog."
I am working up to my 30th call to animal control on them. They think they don't have to obide by the rules because they go to the same church as all the law enforcement goes to.
This family, his brother used to be head of hiring for county civil service. As in police, dogcatchers, & code enforcement. Since he got fired, we do get a better response from Animal Control. But these people just get a slap on the wrist, over & over. In reality, our county laws are that any dog deemed vicious, as these are, should be euthanized if they are not properly licensed & contained. These dogs should have been taken years ago.
