It is easy to a certain extent. The motion is not that hard and two clicks are easy for sure. What makes this scratch hard is doing transform double clicks, opposite of the normal flare double clicks. Once you get the hang of that it pretty easy. Remember it is a variation of delayed flares, all forward.
I think it should be noted that a lot of these newer combos are A LOT easier to do with qberts butter rugs or dstyles signature slip mat. You can really improve the speed of your scratches and develop more hand control to sound like these guys!

It's quite tricky getting it real fast with wrist 2 clickers. Like guidowork said, the 2 clickers have to be precise otherwise it doesn't work.
