@rnbcustomguitars I'd love to know who you are as I very well was part of your crew, the generation before Slater, Melhado, Morcom, Alex Cox, etc. Surfed the inlet and started getting pole positions. Then there were the older guys, Geary Paul, The Klugels, Kechele, Settowitz, Don Long, etc. I will admit this, if I took a break from the inlet, it only took a few days before I was back on top of the pecking order. Not the very top but enough to get set waves. Inlet still lest hostile than sandspit

This is definitely some misrepresentation in this video!!! The guy who gets pushed over was up and riding the wave BEFORE the guy who pushes him over drops in! In the FULL video, the "pushed" is up and riding the wave, then the "pusher" drops in on the shoulder, fades behind him, THEN pushes him off the wave. So lame whoever that was -- and claiming the way he does! Shame on the editing for cutting out that part of the video.
