@HaloTitty Download the latest version of Java Runtime and install it. It will be like you re-install it actually. Google it. Sometimes Java gets jammed cause of all the applications that use it.

@HaloTitty What OS do you have? Do you run it as Admin? Looks like there are some missing lines in your computer's registry that are needed to run the program.

To run a file as an Administrator, right click it and click run as admin
