  • That was only135lbs!! I'm sure he can put up at least 400lbs.. So putting 135lbs on his chest is nothing!! Wimps..

  • haha until you push it too far and can't put the bar back up with a standard grip. I'd just set it on safety bars as I don't won't to bring it completely down touching my chest anyway. I'll definetly use this next chest workout though.

  • @kaonohi5 incline does 85% shoulders , 5% upper chest and reverse grip does 30% upper chest
