How can you deny building up the mid missouri economy, which is directly related from this bridge, and st. louis gets all orf its resources from, whether it be from waynsville to crocker to tuscumbia. any semi truck going to mid missouri or beyond has to go though highway 17 and 52. ask any trucker who comes throubh missouri, i say thank god! CNN was trying to bash this project, but, it is funny that the reporter was like "What was that" when the dump truck crossed the bridge and cement fell from it. Idiots...

This is why the media is bs. They raise a fuss whenever a bridge collapses, but when money goes to fix a bridge that is obviously falling apart they call it a waste of money.
