another album that is Passafire... what is on the album is what the band decided to put which means the music came from them and that right there is where the respect comes from.. to stay true to ur sound no matter where it takes you.. this album is a Passafire album.. Nough said =)
@dannyfwk I see you saying negative things on multiple videos with no explanation. if you're gonna express an opinion like that i'm curious to know why.... And for those of you saying this isn't their style, it totally is. Just because there isn't as many reggae jams doesn't mean shit. Their Everyone on Every Night had plenty of rock influences, as well as many of their other songs. Most of the rock on here is mellow anyway, much like their reggae style. @jbarkerhill92 I think dannyfwk was expecting more of that main authentic reggae jam from Passafire. This new album has a few of those elements in it, but otherwise it's really just.... different from their other work. I'm indecisive on my opinion of this entire album as of now. It's not exactly my taste.
@vannerrr well, i don't listen to passafire just because they play reggae, i listen to them because they have good melodies and lyrics and unique composition overall, so it doesn't bother me that this album's different, they still have the same songwriting style that i like
@jbarkerhill92 couldn't have said it better myself. they are incredible musicians and personally this is one of my favorite songs on the album. thanks for the music my friend, much respect!
@dannyfwk Honestly though, as an artist you can't just keep altering your hit singles. You have to experiment in different directions to keep interest. I like a band that says "We're gonna do what we're gonna do"
I knew it was will immediately and I'm glad he got a song to himself. He really has an incredible voice that they don't utilize enough (probably because he tears the bass up SO HARD.)
this album is def. lyrically better than any other album they've put out hands down

Another song that isn't up to their standard. I really hope this trend doesnt continue with their next album.
