I still give props to SU for playing "The King's Motorcade" from the actual movie, which is why they won that battle...The ONLY school to play the ACTUAL song, and not David Banner's remake. They didn't hit a bad note or anything like that. SU did okay but, the trumpets were off a little bit. It doesn't matter what versions they played. It's how they sounded! Congrats to JSU!

JSU was better and sounded more like the theme. Dont know what SU was doing. Seem like SU was taking short cuts in the song (most band do that when they cant play a certain part so they change it)...lol...but guess they cant tongue as good as JSU...lol....but i like SU and JSU but JSU got them for real here just admit it. Think about the sound instead of the volume!!

I'll say it, SU got smoked ALL DAY!!! One trumpet player hits a Super Bb and you want to claim victory off that? You can't be serious. I remember this battle ( i was on the field)....SU beasted "coming to america"....it was hott....JSU Blasted "It's everything"....I liked JSU better...but that's cause i heard alot of "coming to americas" and "it's everything" is like "coming to america" but with a kick...The beginning is the shyt...both bands ROCKED THAT SHYT.
