Jazz Jackrabbit games are among those games who have soul, it isn`t like CoD play because of graphics or because everyone else plays it. But because it has a effect on your very soul... No. I can`t explain but you guys know what I`m talking about!
@deadfishy666 I totally know what you mean. It's a game that sticks with you; a game that you remember. Everything about it, from the unique soundtracks, to the individual enemies, to the interesting weapons, even to the multi-layered backgrounds, it's something that will always stay with you. JJ2 will always be a game that's less something you play, and more something you experience. You'd never think that a green rabbit shooting lizards could do that, but this game somehow did.
Before i heard some unreal tournament music and the Nostalgia was so intense im just thought to buy this game again and now i listen to this masterpiece of music again and got another Nostalgic-flash which makes me somehow cry in my heart ... because back in the 90s there was so many awesome games , cartoons and movies that really are true gems . what is happening to our entertainment this days ? its now so dumb and loveless which should never be happening to the entertaining this days . =(
@stopkaz that's what they we're called Epic MEGA Games back then, not just Epic, miss those days when they we're creating awesome games, right now they're more Engine oriented (well except the Gears of war, but then again it's X360 exclusive... and i don't have an X360) and their latest games don't even match the epicness of older works (anyone remembers One Must Fall 2097??? For me... best Fighting game ever, simple yet deep and entertaining i could play it for months)
@OmegaCoolsterDX One Must Fall 2097 was one of the very first games [perhaps the very first] in which my colleagues and I entered at a tournament. We got our asses kicked, but it still was pretty fun to see the older dudes who mastered the game playing against each other.
@Demuen IkR the good days the days ya remeber w/ a passion so as not 2 lose the struggle against life when it brings you 2 a halt you keep pushing in order 2 survive, Music in this game is one of the small things people can look back on 2 keep that freedom feeling alive.
@Demuen I played this game in 2000.. when I was little kid. Try to realise how strange and awesome feeling is it to hear the same songs from this cute game which brings many many memories from best time of my whole life.
of when you played games it wasnt just to go trough it, it was to have fun play it, i remember i wasted alot of time in each level just for fun when i was a kid :]
lol, what was that at 1:26 :D Regardless, it's an amazing song, one of my lifetime favorites.
