@Akkesama Saori is the present day Athena. This storyline has a lot to do with reincarnation. If you watch the regula Saint Seiya, you will see a lot of similarities in timeline events.
@helsinkisuomi I know- Saint Seiya for life <3 <3 Why else is Tenma an exact copy of Seiya? I'm just saying the two athena reincarnations shouldn't look really alike should they? Unless athena is particualr when chossing her hosts. Unless they're doppelgangers or something.
@Akkesama Well supposedly every character on this anime is a reincarnation of a previous character that lived centuries ago. Maybe it's easier for the creator to do this so he doesn't have to draw new characters for each generation.
I don't know about Athena, but Poseidon only choose people of a specific rich family who dominates the Mediterranean Sea and Hades chooses the person with the purest heart of that era^^
the future seiya's armor had a more bulky helmet and bigger parts. It only became lighter after it broke and got restored... This one should be even bigger than the first one...

You know,Hades wasnt really evil.its the Christians fault that made him so fearfull and obliviated,because they associated him with the Anti Christ,Lucifer etc.
as a matter of fact,Hades was a god who judged the dead with justice.
the worthy were sent to the fields of Elissium,while the evil were sent to the fields of death. But he never hurt no one unjusty. just for your information..
Is it bad that I've been having dreams and images of me with 6 black wings, even before I saw this anime. And that I find 'death' fascinating?

@HYPOLETHA Agreed, and the same Christians keep making Hades evil, just look at any movie involving the god of the Underworld.
On the other hand, in Saint Seiya Hades, Poseidon and the other gods are angry at humans because they've "ruined" the planet.
