i think the big diference in these re-recordings is the bass player Robert Trujillo. this man rocks, just listen to his solo at the first seconds of the song and compare it with the pace of the original of 1983. Of course the recording quality isn't the same, but his skills still make the diference.

The biggest difference in the re-recordings is grant estes sounded better than rocky george and louiche mayorga was way cooler than trujillo, amery smith better than herera - and most of all the re-recordings are gay as fuck.

@marvelousmarvin71 what has "coolness" of a person have to do with the way the song is played? robert trujillo is a great musician, and i'd say pulled it off pretty well. the songs havent been slowed down, they have kept the same chords and lyrics, and they haven't even tuned down which most bands do with re-recordings. how are they "gay as fuck/"
