i only have a mudkip lv 28 or 29 -watergun -body slam or takedown -mud-slap -rollout tallow lv 29 or 28 -wing attack -quick attack -double team -envador and im f*cked
In Pokemon Emerald When you have enough battle points to get a foucus slash but u need to beat the game. so for endeavor you should get your your tallow and use endeavor then heal it.
if im lucky enough then yeah.but i dont kno wat level does mudkip learns protect anymore but tht might of been useful lik the fith gym leaders slaking

Endeavor is REALLY USEFULL if you have a focus slash that keeps you at 1 hp and use endeavor ur foe's at 1 hp :)
