Inspired by this series, I've bought "Sightings" by Brenda Peterson and Linda Hogan. As a biologist I appreciate the factual information and as an earth being, I appreciate the interweavings of more poetical writing. Do you have suggestions for a few other good books? I am particularly interested in whale song (who isn't!) and evolution, and would appreciate being able to include some good materials in my biology classes. And how about suggestions on recordings for class use? Thanks!
