@bubbaboyize It might be legit, he might have actually got the passes for Ho-Oh, Lugia, and Deoxys, had the masterballs from other games, and caught those pokemon from other games. But it's HIGHLY doubted. He probably used a masterball, _____ pass, and other codes to catch them.

easy trick to duplicate masterballs, give it to a pokemon to hold, go to the daycare with said pokemon and a ditto, get an egg, make it hatch, the hatched pokemon will be holding a masterball.

He probably used codes, taking this was probably played with an emulator. But you can do it legimately without an emulator or a Gameshark in Emerald [there's a video how to do it] then transfer them to LF/FR via Pokémon trade.

in the market at Vermillion City there are 2 papers one of them is the seller standing for it the other one is the right one, then the words you have to fill in are:

With All after that press ok the shopkeeper will talk to u after that save the game and restart the game.
