mello was just sitting somewhere on the track apearantly...or maybe this was where she didnt exist...i think wen i couldnt turn that she froze or s/t...i dont remember very well :P

Not sure if you noticed. During the race, the car disapears an instant before the screen flashing starts... Hm.
