OMG!!!! Now I'm really, really hungry!!! Thank you so much for the tips and this delicious recipe!!!! I definitely love chicken!!! I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow so I can get the ingredients and make this one!!!!
Very well done, I'm sure this was delish. If one doesn't have a nifty roasting rack to keep the bird on it's side simply cook the bird breast side up first half then flip after basting and finish cooking back side up. This keeps the juices at the bottom (breast) and won't be dried out as is so easy to do with roasted chicken. Don't forget to let the bird rest for 10 mins before slicing...
Hi Maryann great way to roast a chicken love the tip of roasting on its side Thanks! I tried several of your recipes and the family loved them!! Keep them coming
Looks wonderful! That is new one to me. roasted on the side looks like a winner. Thank you for your great vids.....I do enjoy everyone I see in the que.......yummy
@seka1986 Yes. But, as I said, every oven is different so make sure you have the no bloody juices running from the thigh before you take it out of the oven. Thanks for coming by!
@nameofthepen I know - I wish I had one like that! I picked my first tomato from my garden today. A thing of beauty! I will follow your advice and will not refrigerate these. I'll let you know how it goes! Take care Nom!
@DIRTYCHATWIGS2 Its 2 TBS of butter. But, does it really matter? Use as much or as little as you would prefer. It really will not affect the outcome. Thank you for coming by!
