I purchased some Throwing Knives from Mr. Holdout and then every 48 hours or so a Bartender and Gomorrah Prostitue respawns near the back and you can easily assassinate them both for some easy 40/50xp. :)
By the way: is that an ordinary sniper rifle? If not, where can I find one? The only sniper rifle I have seen in Fallout New Vegas so far is being sold at the Gun Runners for about 5500/6000 bottlecaps.
thats not a random encounter, its a npc that spawns every timeu walk past it after a minute or hour :p, the random events are liek the half chewed up person in the fridge or the attack of the old women :p the things where it shows a (@_@)...
