this procedure is very difficult and long.... the one on howcast takes half the time and not ver complicating. it also shows the steps very clearly unlike in this video wheere the hands are always in the way of the camera lol..... but verrry good design!!!! keep it up!!!

make sure that you fold the petals all the way down so that the middle insides of the flower poke out yall!

When you cut the hole in the bottom of the flower, I use a pencil and poke it through there from the top to kinda open the hole. Then I slide the stem in. I also use a pencil to flatten my crease lines and folds. Works great =D

Maybe you did it a bit off? The folds may not be very sharp... try again. I can't see your flower, so I can't tell you exactly.
