Anyone who knows or hears Hillary speak (on any issue) knows that she is incredibly knowledgeable (more than both her counterparts put together), she has her own opinion on issues and can easily answer any questions with great details. I saw the video. Obvious by phrases/tenses she uses that she's part of other candidate's group who orchestrated and videotaped whole thing. Normal that all candidates want to highlight certain issues & campaign teams to identify folks who want to ask questions re those issues. Their rephrasing same question in way that makes issue clear doesn't = planting or making up questions for people. Girl's original question isn't much different than question she asked. Her "wink" reflects her insincerity.

Planting questions is wrong without a doubt and it is right to make it known so we can maintain transparency and truth without manipulation.
