@faro0485 Salamalakoym, we use biofeedback techniques for him as well as diet and InshaAllah will soon start ABA therapy as well. We live in a small community and have a hard time finding and and paying for the dr's and lab tests needed as well as the acutal chelation therapy. So we focus on what we are able to do and ask Allah to guide us with the choices we make.
MashaAllah Sister Ejahi for the kind words! I will most certainly look into the Sensorial activites on the web, we do lean a little more toward the Montessori approach with him be cause it is so hands on and straight forward. Thanks again for the suggestions!!
Your seven year old is autistic you say? How interesting. Have you attempted to identify if the autism is related to mercury poisoning? And followed on with chelation therapy? /watch?v=q9UKec6durQ
The work you have set up for your son sis reminds me of a Montessori approach. One of the subjects in there curriculum is Sensorial. There are some great links on the web that show you how to make your own Sensorial activities. One major one is Wikisori. You are a great mom! I believe with the love you have for your child you teaching him will really help him blossom.
