The Ghost House confused me a lot so at some point i just chose hey why not go the opposite way and it worked, Because i hit the P and an arrow appeared and whenever i would go in the direction of the arrow it would fail.

Just wanted to correct you on something SlimKirby. A "side scrolling" game isn't defined by whether the camera forces you forward. All a that "side scroller" means is that the game is played from a side-viewed camera angle. It has nothing to do with whether the game is forcing you forward or not.

Actully in that bonus room where you've got the 3 blocks on each level, it's not the order you hit them in, you just gott hit them when the "?" is in the middle of the block, it works every time, and if I recall, I think you just have to make sure you can see the whole "?" in the block and not part of it.

A little trick that I remember in those "tic-tac-toe" rooms: wear a cape, start on the right-hand side of the room, stand to the left of each block but close enough to hit it with the cape, then do a spin jump so that your cape hits the block and you'll get coins/free guys from all of them. If it doesn't work, I may have misremembered the order, so try starting from the left-hand side and hitting the right-hand side of each block with the cape.

also you don't have to keep the blue shell for a short peroid of time, you can spit it out and get it again ;)
