  • @JonOlavEinemo It's a bad idea in general. There is no protocol in jiu jitsu that says you should extend your back.

  • the reason they extend they're body during the takedown is to protect their neck from a guillotine. I don't know if thats aloud in wrestling but i your in jiu jitsu it becomes a habit.
