The blame is on Hindu culture - Hindus discriminates girls and favors boys - to Hindu families girls are burden - its very hard for a Hindu girls to get marry cuz dowry system and caste system. We will never accept puslims. 80% of india is hindu so there is alot of hidu boys, family should learn the girl awareness of this islam-tricks.
