How can this be labeled as the hustle? Isn't this the East Coast Swing?

@marycontrary13 Hustle is a night club partner dance (associated with ballroom dance communities). It is also referred to as New York Hustle. It is a partner dance altogether inspired by discofox from the 70's. It is a rotational dance similar to east coast swing (but starts with the right foot for leads, rather than the left)

hustle is so much fun because the music is so varied. Disco music is multicultural.

@weirdcreativejessi26 Hustle is great, so much fun in trying different turns, it's fast paced but it's technically a night club dance. If you are competing, it might be in a fun dance category or you are competing in an organization that is non-ballroom related. Where do you compete because I'd be interested in seeing a competition that has good hustle dancers?
