hmm. The 1st place winner's look is very similiar to michelle phan, BUT she made certain changes to it to make it her own style. So i just think of it like she used michelles look probaly as a reference. Artist do it all the time (I know i do), and that's not excluding makeup artist. Personally, i like the changes made by the first place winner :) it looks even better than Michelle's look. and congrats to all the winners. I was meaning to enter but i was just to lazy.

Wow seriously. Just because Michelle Phan does something, doesn't mean that everyone who does something similar is copying her. There are hundreds, and yes, I do mean HUNDREDS, of sugar skull tutorials on Youtube. That's like saying that if someone does a smokey eye, they're copying Michelle Phan. Ehm, no. There are zillions of tutorials that are similar on Youtube, so grow up and get your facts straight before you say something. And congrats to everyone by the way. c:

To all those who are saying 'oh my gawd she copied michelle phan'. I'm sorry, but just because michelle phan does a video months ago about day of the dead, it doesnt mean she copied michelle phan. Many submitters did the usual smokey eye, same colour, etc. What are you saying? They all copied eachother? Seriously guys, stop being bitter and just accept it.
