All these have had/will get 2 years military training as a minimum.

Look at the reserve army figures.

I don't know anything about Iranian capability to mine uranium, but Kazakhstan, which is one of the biggest world's supplier of raw uranium, is very close by. It wouldn't surprise me if Iran has some deposits as well.
