I know I shouldn't be making accusations, but it sounds like the owner did it delibrately. On your yard, dog was already on a leash, owner didn't actually pull the dog back. My docile, sweet, perfectly trained pug was blinded by a v spoiled border collie (not on a leash), years ago. the collie picked up my pug and threw him against a wall. I wanted to punch the collie's owner face in...All she did was "no, no, bad boy", while my pug cried in terror and pain and went shaking under a car.

Your video was absolutely adorable. After, when I read they are both gone, I couldn't stop crying. The song you added to it added to the emotion. It was the best cockatiel video I have seen. She just walks away so calmly back to her cage (not flying) without a care in the world. I don't know if it was your lighting or her own coloring but she was absolutely beautiful. This is so sweet! It actually touched my heart. And I am so sorry about your pets. I'm personally scared of dogs because I walked out of my friends house to be attacked by a croosbreed of somesort that was huge. While I was able to evade it, running and crying, I discovered later a child had met the same fate as Willow, by that accursed dog. I imagine you feel the same way as that child's family. Pets get close to your heart, becoming your second family. Once again, sorry for your loss.

i had a parrot living with a rabbit. 5 of my cats were strays and one was feral, my cats brought that one home o me, i also had a 4 foot iguana that lived with these cats. they just know they were saved when the entered the house. not sure why they all got along, maybe they could feel they were in a "safe house" and the love i have for animals. or maybe they thought they were on another planet. lol... just not sure, any new animal that came in just got along

I was inside on my bed. Heard it thru the window, looked outside saw the sight, ran outside to stop it, by that time willow got away and ran back in the window, then died in my arms on the way to the vet.

This is all very sad. Sorry for the tragic loss of your cat. I'm sorry to say that by letting your bird eat with cats you've probably caused it's early death (if it wasn't between 15-23 years of age) then something else other than 'old age' has killed it. Cat food/cat saliva (anything cat related) can kill birds. Sharing open space with 7 cats was just asking for an 'early death' too. Please never keep a cat AND a bird and NEVER have them loose together in the same room. All very sad stuff
Spikette was old and died of natural causes teh vet said . I had a parrot that stayed in the same cage as a rabbit. I also had a 4 foot iguana in my home and he would snuggle up to me. All my animals get along and are not kept in cages. all saved animals. Very strange how when they got here they simply adapted immediately to the other animals. I will heed the warning. no, cops said there as nothing they could do because it was on private property. The owner did pay for Wllow's cremation, but I had just spent $650.00 getting her better, and am still paing on that bill. At lest I've gotten it down to undr 300.00. yah, i should have had him pay off her bill. I'm just too nice for my own good.

I'm so sorry about the loss I had a bird but it was my dog and bird who shared the food a black poodle and a parakeet I have a very sincere sorry for your loss and hope that the dog gets what it deserves from killing your cute cat I to have lost a cat by a dog biting the leash on his collar and coming to my moms house and pushing the cage in to the street and the cats being squashed by a semi. Sorry about your loss I hope many good things come to you.

i had a parrot living with a rabbit. 5 of my cats were strays and one was feral, my cats brought that one home o me, i also had a 4 foot iguana that lived with these cats. they just know they were saved when the entered the house. not sure why they all got along, maybe they could feel they were in a "safe house" and the love i have for animals. or maybe they thought they were on another planet. lol... just not sure, any new animal that came in just got along

I was inside on my bed. Heard it thru the window, looked outside saw the sight, ran outside to stop it, by that time willow got away and ran back in the window, then died in my arms on the way to the vet.

I used to let my male cockatiel fly around outside and he'd come back, except i didn't realize it was time for the wild birds eggs to hatch and he got bombarded by some wild birds. I tried to find him but his chirping stopped. It was sad. Never did that again. I like the name. Donald Frump. too funny

People are really stupid. My dog (yorkshire terrier) had his stomach ripped open by a dalmation because the guy didn't have it on a lead. Like he SHOULD HAVE.
He survived luckily, but still.

my dog killed a bird today in the yard with a wide open space so its the birds fault for being to slow.. and i let my dog kill a stray cat because it scratched her in the face:) didnt even look like a cat tho when i walked by it i thought it was just a thrown out carpet or something but when my dog walked by and sniffed it... well i told you what happened lol

This is all very sad. Sorry for the tragic loss of your cat. I'm sorry to say that by letting your bird eat with cats you've probably caused it's early death (if it wasn't between 15-23 years of age) then something else other than 'old age' has killed it. Cat food/cat saliva (anything cat related) can kill birds. Sharing open space with 7 cats was just asking for an 'early death' too. Please never keep a cat AND a bird and NEVER have them loose together in the same room. All very sad stuff

Spikette was old and died of natural causes teh vet said . I had a parrot that stayed in the same cage as a rabbit. I also had a 4 foot iguana in my home and he would snuggle up to me. All my animals get along and are not kept in cages. all saved animals. Very strange how when they got here they simply adapted immediately to the other animals. I will heed the warning. Thanks a million. And spread the news that extended leashes are not for letting dogs go in peoples yards.....

I have two cats left out of 7 strays that i saved. Tango and Tyler. Will post video as soon as I get a good one of them. They look like twins almost, but were born 10 years apart. My other cats brought Tyler home to me, he was wild, born outside, and he is still pretty wild. silly cats....
