  • It's ok Pete, you're still the second best!

  • 1:01 unbelieveble to see how roger moves on the court

  • THANKS FOR NOT PUTTING MUSIC! YOU ROCK!

  • federer says sorry instinctively after hitting a great shot. I guess he has to apologize a lot..

  • i think john mc was pretty damn right when he said this guy could be the greatest of all time

  • @15mitc15 thats what I thought too ;-)

  • Pete Percect and Roger in peRFection.

  • SWISS MAESTRO

  • peRFection

  • roger walks off like a boss

  • the dropper against agassi is ridiculous to say the least..

  • unreal...

  • Roger Federer = simply the best

  • i'm happy when nadal is happy, but i'm even more happy when i don't have to see and hear 0:22

  • you know this video is old when the commentator says: 'that's when you look at a guy like this and you say to yourself this could be the greatest player that ever lived..."

  • I am surprised the ball didn't split in half!

  • There isn't such thing as no luck, but Tennis is about 80% skill, 19.9% determination and 0.1% luck, thats for sure. If your in the Nationals or possibly in like the U.S. open, luck won't take you there. IF he did do drop shot by luck, at least he had the Physical and Mental Skills to Pull It Off.

  • Federer and Rafa are both amazing players, it's just Federer has more finesse shots. I wish Federer could play at the same level he did 3-5 years ago. He still plays amazingly, but I don't see his dominance anymore... maybe other people caught up to him? Either way, Federer will always be the best in my opinion =D

  • @AznMango96 perfect comment!

  • When there's a discussion about who is the best, just tell them to search 'Federer' on youtube

  • Comment removed

  • He was obviously fed...lol

  • Whoever who watches Federer shots and doesn't know much about tennis, thinks something like "oh, tennis is not so hard", but never thinks something related to Federer... that's because Federer has already owned the way everybody sees this sport, Federer IS the tennis

  • I think the comentator at the game against Agassi has got some mad fortune-telling skills as well, telling back in 2004 "that is why you look at a guy like this and saying to yourself this could be the greatest player that ever lived".

  • @MrSybero The commentator just happens to be Johnny Mac. Pretty sure thats his voice.

  • Tezuka's zero degree sudden drop shot

  • Really This Is Sick

    Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • Credit to Mcenroe for saying Federer could be the best ever as early as 2004. At this point, Federer had won only 3 majors. Great commentating to say the least :)

  • @arranparry07 Mcenroe can predict the future

  • Every troll, moron and liar must be thoroughly destroyed.

If you let them live and spread their lies and venom, the truth will be forsaken.

Especially irritating are the insolent and delusional trolls who call themselves like "Destroyer-etc". Delusional kids playing video games..

  • have you ever seen Nadal do this? of course not and I will tell you why, because he can`t haha, sorry Rafa federer will always be the best!!

  • @jairito1985 Check out the video of Nadal's drop shots against Soderling at Wimbledon if you think Rafa can't hit drop shots like this, plenty to choose from!

  • @jairito1985 consider how much tougher it is for Nadal to pull off drop shots. He has to change his grip an almighty amount. Federer doesn't need to at all really. Rafa has the talent, it just doesn't fit in with his general style

  • @DestroyerAlexandros

It's hard to find a more obvious preparation for a drop shot and an execution of it, and still you can find idiots who think that was luck...:)

Maybe simply they are so bad in tennis, they wouldn't even think shots like that are possible. :)

  • @pep1815 @pep1815 Everybody gets lucky once in a while even the world #1 player. If you saw the FO2010 1st round federer vs peter luczak, federer hit a similar shot - a slice shot that turned out really short and ended up as a dropshot. Stop thinking that federer is a demi-god, just because he's so good doesn't mean he can't get lucky. I find it ridiculous that fed-fanboys always flame when someone points out a mistake that federer has made, etc.

  • You don't get lucky in series, you idiot.

If he repeats that time after time, it's the ultimate proof it's not luck.

A moron like you can get a lucky shot once in a while. The best player in the history gets it time after time. He started using drop shot a lot recently.

It's really stunning... There are morons and woody tennis players that don't know a bit about finesse...

They are so untalented, they can't even imagine that someone like Federer can hit shots like that...

  • @DestroyerAlexandros

Why do I even talk to a guy who can't tell the difference between backhand and forehand....?

  • @pep1815 This has got to be one of the stupidest comments I've read on youtube. And, trust me, I've read a lot of stupid things. I gave his shanks on the forehand side as an example of how bad his footwork is getting. If he shanks so many forehands, what's left for the backhand?

Why do I talk to a guy who's a federer fanboy and hasn't even seen any of his RG matches with nadal where he shanks backhands like crazy.

  • You utter moron.... What are you talking about? About some plays you've seen in you backyard or the plays on this video?

The video shows the prefect drop shots. The footwork at those plays is perfect.

Federer had a lot of time to prepare for the shot..

You moron... You have no clue about the tennis.

We're talking about the play on THIS video, and you, moron, are trying to talk about something what you've seen somewhere else (or at least you thought you saw). Typical troll.

  • @DestroyerAlexandros

How funny that is... The troll gets destroyed time after time on a factual basis and he still has the guts to squirm...

Typical troll. That's what they do.

    The guy doesn't know anything..

  • The first one was by accident and he even laughed about it. He does that a lot - he attempts to hit a low skidding slice and bring the opponent to the net but ends up hitting a dropshot

  • @DestroyerAlexandros

Are you freaking stupid? Maybe you have problems with English... or with tennis itself... If that's an accident for you, you have no clue about the sport.

He was laughing because it was an exhibition match and he made a fool out of Sampras.

  • @pep1815 Asshole, federer SHANKS 1 out of every 5 forehands lately. now you're going to tell me that he hits with the frame on purpose? oh, and maybe you think his mishit on match point against Nadal at the 2010 madrid final was on purpose? Grow up, fed frames a lot of balls. That's because he grew up playing with the PS85 and shaped his footwork to suit the extremely small headsize. Now he has totally abandoned his footwork and frames/mishits a lot of balls. The one in your vid was pretty lucky

  • @DestroyerAlexandros

My goodness.. What a total moron..

1.It was backhand, not a forehand, you retard. So his RECENT FOREHAND shots don't matter, retard.

    2. And it wasn't a frame hit...

Seriously.. Are you retarded? Have you attended a special school for retards?

  • THE GREATEST PLAYER THAT EVER LIVED!!!!! Nice prediction by the commentator!!

  • Dude, he hit 3 shots in the same corner in a row and then a drop shot, that's basic tactical play taught in Bill Tilden's books, it's clearly not luck. He just brought it up to such a level that nobody else can even dream to do the same.

  • Roger Federer is poetry in motion

  • I didn't know he is featured in this video.

  • god damnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!

the thing is no one understands how to do that or how to teach to do that.. Just crazy skills

  • Comment removed

  • I love the commentator... "this is sick".

  • that's why Sampras only won 1 tournament in Europe on the real red clay of Rome and NEVER made the finals in Paris compared to sooo many tournaments won for Federer and those FO finals and his win there this year

Federer is the real ALL-surface player compared to the former GOAT!

  • almost embarassing pete there

  • sickest backhand drop shot ever..

  • pure luck? change sport man.

  • @acantu77 : I agree with you ! ^^

  • There's a risk for sure.. but I don't call anything that Federer does just "Luck" 16 slams, that's no "Luck" my friend haha

  • @acantu77 LMAO HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA pure luck... no way, because he wasn't under pressure and way too short to be an accident.

Go learn to play some tennis dipshit.

  • There's no such thing as luck in tennis? Right? You sound about 3 years old dude. Go finish your bottle of milk before you try and have an adult conversation.

  • Lol who are you talking to

NO ONE HERE SAID there's no such thing as "Luck" in tennis, this shot was clearly not luck, he's repeated it OVER AND OVER AGAIN.. maybe douches like you depend completely on luck.

  • it isn't pure luck, fucking idiot. Roger's practiced that shot millions of times, he just coordinated it at this particular moment. Yes, there might've been some luck, but you're just a pure idiot!

  • The one against Agassi is not human :S

  • @niclassj Yes, is human...is Federer....

  • simplemente magic eres unico roger forever the swiss perfection. jorge gonzalez
