Yes! But he still needs to win West Virgina, once he gets that, he has it. If McCain get's it, which he probably will, Obama is going to have a rough match against McCain in the bi election. :-/
I'm from Oregon and we all support him. Oregon is Obama territory. Yesssssssss!!! I've always been proud of my state and I am even more prouder now. I knew that he would win Oregon. I mean..come one...75,000 people saw him (including me) over the weekend. w00t!!! =)
Obama, who some say "struggles" with white voters, not only won in Oregon but in Maine (my home state), which many consider the whitest state in the union. The media hand-wringing over race is overblown, in my opinion.
I wish race did not matter as I am a white middle age woman and till now I did not realize that race still is an issue. Put aside color and religion and focus on what this country needs a new leader that will work for all of us.
so this is where his campaign money is going to? buying clips from networks and uploading them on youtube? Or if this isn't costing him money what will google (who owns youtube) or the networks want from him?
Isn't is pretty sad that during the exit polls in Kentucky that 28% of individuals said that race was a major factor in their decision? These are individuals willing to tell a complete stranger they voted against Obama because he was black. I can only imagine how many people wouldn't have admitted that. I would not be touting a victory with those percentages because take away the 28% of race votes and Hillary only wins by 8-9 points.
He keeps gaining momentum and yet she still hangs on tooth and nail...has anyone told her she's not going to win? Or is she just so delusional (or drugged) that she really thinks that she will win the nomination?
wooooooooo woooooooooo hopefully this ends the democratic skirmish and units the party.......hell i wouldnt even mind if clinton tagged along as vice pres
Arabrebel10, while I respect your enthusiasm, I'm sure a good portion of Americans would disagree with you on that notion, me being one of them.
Clinton on the Ticket would undercut A LOT of what Barack's whole campaign stands for, not to mention she is a EXTREMELY formidable woman; She deserves to be a power-house in the senate, not to be the "wing-man(woman)" to the president.
Personally, I think Jim Webb would be the best running mate for Obama.
