Growing out hair is a good resolution, I'm going to coopt it. Now I am going to check it off and feel accomplished for the rest of the year. Before you quit buying stuff on the internet, you might want a few more clothes, you wore that shirt last time you were on the internet, if I'm not mistaken. =]

Tips for quiting smoking (cold-turkey):

- cut out caffeine and alcohol for at least 3 months. If you drink coffee or booze, your cravings will be unstoppable;

- book a couple of days of downtime for when you plan to quit and just stay in bed, read books, watch movies.
