  • Hard to see all with this camera/angle. Pack your chin, knees look wide but might be the angle. You are only just going to parallel. Go deeper if you have the flexibility too keep the spine neutral. Biggest point is it looks like you don't finish each rep. Hips look like they stay back. Squeeze the glutes at the top.

  • other than looking like you might be holding/pointing your head too high, you're good.
