Hi ... I just became natural But im not gonna go through the big chop even tought its gonna be way harder to take care of my hair im ready for the adventure Im also making video's too check my channel... but do you have any suggestion for me? I need some advice does anyone have any tips please help....
I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this video. You're gorgeous either way it goes, I'm sure you have very high self esteem or you wouldn't of cut it off. Lol lovely video ma'am
Im thinking of doing the same thing ...what did your husband say, I can only imagine he is an awesome husband because I have one of my own but what was his thoughts and feelings if you dont mind me asking?
@msdominique74 Thx for commenting, I really encourage you to make that decision to go natural.....trust you will love it :>) It's an amazing experience to say the least. As for my husband....it wasn't an issue for him at all for he has locs! So me becoming natural was wonderful in his eyes....lol! He's my biggest support system :>) Well I do wish you well in your decision. And YT is also a great support system.

your hair was just beautiful when it was relaxed. if my hair looked like yours i dont think i would have thought about going natural but i definately understand because after doing my big chop i realized when i was relaxed it was as if i was depending on a chemical to get my hair a certain way and it almost does not seem as if it is your hair when you continually chemically process it . it's as if you cannot be without that product sort of like wearing extensions all the time.
@scmch4 Yeah my relaxed hair wasn't so bad :>) but it was bad for my hair. So I just decided I would go natural, and I did just that......no transitioning.....just got up at 11pm and cut it all off.....lol!!! I hate wating to do a thing.....lol!! And I'm so glad I did. Thx for the comment!!!!

Omg! Your hair was so beautiful! Your hair definitely grows fast because I cannot believe how much hair that you have now from what, 7 months ago. Both of the looks are good for you but it is really up to you and what makes you happy. I so cannot wait to try different looks in your hair.

Uh I use a moisturizer by Organtic Root Stimulator (in a green bottle) It's pretty good. But most times I use regular hair grease (royal crown) as my Mother did.....lol...works like a charm. like that way you looked under the dryer - i can only sit under there for 45 mins at the longest then i keep lookin at the time because im eager to get out
i never tried any relaxers (i'm half african-carribean and haf europeen) but i think i try it somewhen. it's great to hear that you relaxed your hair for 17 years and you have never had any problems^^
Hi MzBritty!!!! Glad to hear u r considering embracing your natural hair :>) I actually only transitioned for about 2 and a half months (lol...yeah I know not really a transition). I just basically decided no more perm!! Today I've been natural for 2 months and I LOVE IT!!! I wish us well on your journey. ;>)
I decided on the 10th of this month that I wasn't going to relax my hair anymore because I just looooove the natural look. I'm thinking about transitioning for about a year maybe...
