heres the problem with lasik, it does not last. some of my friends has been to the best lasik surgeons and every few years has to go back for "enhanced surgery" to get their eyes back to normal after their vision starts to fail. glasses will always be for me....

my mom got lasik eye sergery but it was up here in canada i liked it there while she went in for the sergery tey had a computer with free internet, free cookies and food and coffee!

I'm sorry to hear that your lasik procedure didn't work.

There is no such thing as 100% safe surgery. But laser eye surgery has a very high success rate and the results are amazing. I was nervous and a little skeptical about the idea, but I'm so glad I had it done.

i was so blind before! -8 in contact lens prescription!! I'm not sure what the protocol would be since your prescription keeps changing - but if they say you are in good shape to get it - it's totally worth it. I don't have to worry about uncomfortable dry contacts in my eyes now.

well they put numbing drops in your eyes, so you don't really feel anything but a bit of pressure. you just focus on the red laser dot and that's all. totally worth it! :-)

Lasik is sooo worth it!! Just make sure that you are going to a reputable eye doctor etc. I'm so glad I had it done though. From blind as a bat to seeing perfectly hahha
