  • you rock budd : ))

  • MAN !!!

  • There are many stores out there that sell hemp products. I have gotten many miles and compliments on my hemp sandals. Can't wait to see what the future holds for hemp.also this video would have been a lot better if farmer john had started the car and in the finale driven off.

  • There are many stores out there that sell hemp products. I have gotten many miles and compliments on my hemp sandals. Can't wait to see what the future holds for hemp.

  • A Prius causes more environmental damage in it's manufacturing than any other vehicle. The more you know.

  • @elwood180 That is true, the rare earth elements in it cause major damage and so does the disposal of the car when done with. Very stupid idea to use such means for sure. There are better alternatives but seems hard to get the point across when we live with so many retards.

  • give your prius a smack with an axe and see what happens

  • @KaKKutak Right, all the rare Earth elements would be all over the place creating more pollution than driving a fossil fuel care all year long.

  • plant's have the best solar panels anyway ;-)

  • Steel was cheaper to produce than the "plastic" hemp bodied car panels. Hard to believe to think that mining ore and smelting it was cheaper but steel created a great deal more jobs than growing hemp would do too. Ford thought outside the box and would have produced hemp bodied cars if he could have made more profits/lowered the cost of the end product. We need a society of alternative fuel manufacturers to have a think tank. I run my car on waste vegetable oil. A waste product gets me about.

  • love this kid!

  • Growing Hemp in every country might ends poverty and starvation, which will see the ends of mass immigration where all nationals return to their origin country..

  • OMG I HAVE A BOOK ON THIS. ITS FUCKING CRAZY AND TRUE.

  • The only way they can really make money off cannabis is if its illegal, a world where hemp is free is a world where capitalism fails. We need to do this for the people but it wont happen until we take our country back from the bankers.

  • Hemp was the U.S. # 1 agriculture in the early part of the century - most people have no idea. You nailed it - Rockefeller & Standard Oil had everything to do with this being demonized. In addition, he was also responsible for prohibition. Some people will stop at nothing to gain a monopoly, which, certainly worked out in his favor. If it grows in nature, why should we fear it? I am more concerned about pharmaceutical drugs, GMO's, fluoride, vaccines/well things with intent to kill.

  • To rub salt into the wound we make it all tax exempt.

  • the hemp cannibus bud is a cousin to the hop bud used in beer production! the tobacco cig is also laced with chemicals like sugar yes its true to give you cancer tobacco was used as a condiment on your food at one time for parasites and more! Hemp has a multitude of uses go to norm join and for free get active if we write once day and stop buying gas once week we can break the hold of the oil terrorist!

  • Why are otherwise intelligent human beings afraid of marijuana? You figure it.

  • hemp fule ftw

  • GREAT video

  • ok 14 people gave this a thumbs down. WTF didn't they watch it or what? America wants and needs HEMP some people just don't realize it yet.

  • ...Big Oil gave him enough ca$h to kEEp his m0uth shUt is what it WAS

  • What's the American Scottish flag meld about?

  • @MotesTV Seeing that I am Scottish born there and American makes pretty much normal sense to me because I am prideful of both my heritages.

  • @Roadsideimports Nice, I was just curious.

  • @MotesTV no worries

  • aah.. when your government is for sale to special interest groups (in this case the oil industry) then all of america suffers, and is at a loss because of it

  • SPOT ON BRO!!! kEEP ON KEEPIN ON~~GOD BLESS

  • WELL Done please keep these coming we can help promote this for you my friend

  • did you guys see how slowly that dude with the axe was hitting the car?

  • You mean how Henry Ford himself hit his own car and how old the footage was since it was from 1948 and the resolution of film is completely different than the high speed film they use today. Pull the finger out and come back to reality.

  • @Roadsideimports

    1948 ??????

where do you get that year ?

  • @ripousse It's somewhere between 1941 and 1942 from my best googling around the internets. Close enough.

  • @cemsengul16

Pretty sure the footage is in the 30's .. I might be wrong.

Even if he wasn't hitting it really hard... It's plastic from the 30's

    HELLO !!!!!

  • You don't do too much thinking then at all and you should seriously take note. He is Henry Ford himself, the video is from the 40's genius and it is not plastic it is hemp fiber re-inforced which is like carbon fiber or fiberglass.

So do us all a favor and start using your brain because yes, you are wrong.

  • @Roadsideimports

And the hemp fibers are reinforced with what ? air ?

It's plastic buddy.. im a mechanical Engineer...

    Thanks bye

  • @ripousse plastic is a non-technical term.

  • Comment removed

  • @ripousse By plastic, I guess you mean any polymer, which would include resins from the hemp buds or oil from the seed that could be hydrotreated and polymerized using radical polymerization by adding a persulfate. I just wanted to point out you were getting a little too high sounding to not be giving a rigorous background. If you're gonna be contrary, at least be clear.

  • @MotesTV THanks !

  • Comment removed

  • I know exactly what is carbon fiber and fiberglass... lol

Such fibers are reinforced with what is call a matrix...

And that matrix is .... plastic.

You do realise you can make plastic with cellulose from any plants, right ?

Why am I arguing with you ?????

  • I think a few years in Federal prison would get you past that "hemp" idea. Voicing opinions like this is a great way to get the back of your head blown off. There are a number of local and State officials where I live that feel you should be publicly executed for makings videos like this.

  • @IFlick Why? Just greed and corruption? Might as well die fighting that, there's no fun, no real life, living with it.

  • @IFlick what is your problem? This is not an opinion unlike your comment. And if public executions are condoned in your state by local and state officials I pity all of the citizens there. What is so wrong about the HEMP plant? and why are you so mad? I live in America and we are FREE to voice our opinions. Would you or the officials in your state take that right away from us? Maybe you should read the bill of rights.BTW what state r u in? The state of confusion or denial?

  • excellent presentation i have been getting tongue tied for years trying to explain the oil ripoff thank you for putting this together i will be sharing this a lot

    peace

  • Well done.

  • Very informative video!

Very interesting information about Henry Ford!

    Thanks for sharing!

  • Great video. I did not know that hemp fiber could be made into panels so strong.

I would love to establish an algae biofuel farm- algae produces the highest yield of oil per acre of any crop.

  • ive seen the scene where he hits the car with the axe the car is plastic its not hemp not made of hemp it is recycled and why would anyone at that time be against hemp cars alot of things were made of hemp in that time when they started prohibition people could still get high and ford thout that electricity would be the car of the future

  • The notion that HEMP and "Marijuana" / Cannabis are two different plants or are just different period, is bull shit. They are the same thing, that's why George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and many founding fathers both grew and SMOKED hemp/cannabis.

Much of our medicine was hemp based.."Marijuana" doesn't exist, it's a term invented in the 1930s to demonize hemp.We should grow THC rich HEMP, a complete crop. Millions of acres of THC rich HEMP. That would be ideal.

  • Comment removed

  • Pot is illegal because hemp can save the world. Vote h e m p . c o m

  • The other great things that can be made with Hemp are clothes, paper, and shock food!

What amazes me is that the petro industry could be on the leading edge of Hemp production and in the long run it would cost them less, no spill clean up costs, less cost to search for new wells, etc. Plus, the Hemp fuel would plug into the current system!

  • greed greed greed destroying us all/ our world could've been so different.

  • this needs to be brought to the attention of every person possible. awesome video. I can't believe that Hemp is the answer to so many problems (alternative fuels, unemployment, biodegradable materials, the seed of which is very nutritious and extremely high in protein) yet the government and common man is so IGNORANT as to these facts! I guess like the civil rights movement of the 60's, the legalization will eventually spread to the east coast...

  • It was 10 times harder to deform(i.e. buckle) than thin steel sheet metal. This is nothing unusual; polycarbonate is much better. Now why do you suppose they don't make chassis from polycarbonate? Is it perhaps because they want the chassis to deform, along with the crumple zone, so that the chassis is destroyed but the passenger may live? In Fords days they didn't even used tempered glass in the windows; more than few people were gutted by the glass in low-speed collisions.

  • Man you must have been high on weed when you wrote this. There are a lot of crops out there that are much more efficient crops out there to produce oil. The other thing you need to realize is that we feed the world. If you want to starve the world run all cars on ethanol in the US..and starve us as well. Hemp is dumb, but cool and it can run a car. Save the land to grow real weed, and reserve the rest for productivity.

  • Big oil push started the war on drugs..Hemp and alcohol were competing with oil and gas.

  • Cannabis for the win! it would replenish our health, planet & environment in everywway possible!

  • Pretty crazy how things have all come down the pipe. These people bent everyone over and put that pipe up are asses and most people can't seem to figure it out, they this is normal to walk around with that up their asses.

It really is sad at how many stupid people we have around us all. Keep the majority stupid and let those with profits and shares for the corporate powers control it.

Hey wait a minute didn't Adam Smith the father of capitalism warn that corporations would cause ruin?

  • see if we use hemp we would not worry about fucking up the ocean.

  • @chriizt1an yup i agree. over 20 million gallons of oil into the ocean is totaly fucking up our aquatic eco systems, including other spieces that can go extinct in no time but the fuckin government cares less about this problem.

this is not including the natural oil leaks we have in the ocean. why add to the problem.. seems us citizens have surpassed our governments in smarts, leadership & problem solving.

    Cannabis for the win!

  • Steel is infinitely reusable, like aluminum. Hemp plastic is like a reinforced polymer material such as carbon fiber. You can't melt it down and reform it into a new product. If you want to get away from steel, aluminum and titanium is the answer, not hemp or plastic. just my opinion. Alcohol fuel is more efficiently produced from grain than from hemp. Bio diesel, on the other hand, can be produced quite well from hemp seed. but the model T never ran on diesel or biodiesel.

  • Ford ran his entire fleet of the hemp he grew at his farm. It was ethanol that was produced from the hemp seed that ran the cars.

Now ethanol is made from corn and people think it is something new but Ford did this with Hemp 100 years ago

  • @Roadsideimports

You need to do a lot more research into exactly what it is you're saying. The oil, once converted into fuel is not fertilizer, it's a chemical created by chemical reactions. Same for rapeseed oil, corn oil, sugar, algae oil, etc based fuel. Since the fuel is not made only with one product and there is waste in production and imperfect combustion it is not anywhere near a closed loop renewable cycle as you imply. Hemp is very useful, but spreading misinformation's no good.

  • @Roadsideimports

Ethanol has been made from many things including corn for well over 100 years in America. Cars were made to run on all sorts of things through the 30's including electricity, peanut diesel, etc. It was common to see CORN ethanol stations in the midwest through the depression. Then some 'idiots' got it in their heads food was more important than fuel and then thought maybe standardizing fuels so that intranational travel/trade was possible made sense. Pretty dumb, right?

  • @LoomisLoftis yes and wood is the same but they use it

  • @LoomisLoftis - u have a good informative link about the production of reinforced polymers? i'm sure any spent / unused of them can be re-moulded into something of use. presumably u were meaning there's something about their internal structure that they can't be re-used for exactly the same load-bearing purposes they were first made for, as the melting would alter the molecular structure?

  • @randomlaughingman You don't understand what fiber reinforced polymers are. Fiberglass is reinforced polymer. Epoxy resin plus glass fibers. Epoxy resin can't be melted down and re used. Carbon fiber is also fiber reinforced polymer. Epoxy is a two part mixture and once the two parts are mixed, a chemical reaction causes it to harden. application of heat will not reverse the process. Just look up GFRP or CFRP on wikipedia.

  • @LoomisLoftis - that's what i asked u tho, u just re-worded what i typed - ur saying they can't be re-used for the same purpose, cause the bonding is not reversible so to speak. ie - melting it would alter the molecular structure. i doubt it is impossible to melt it, it just is impossible to reverse the original bonding. anything melts if the heat is high enough.

  • @randomlaughingman There's no melting. It will burn before it melts.

  • @LoomisLoftis - uh isn't that a really bad idea for a material used in a combustion-engine device then. it's insane enough they ever made devices that are motile and have a flaming combustion tank in them the entire time...

  • @LoomisLoftis

"Alcohol fuel is more efficiently produced from grain than from hemp"

    what is your source ?

Your comment is so weird... you sound smart, but you sound like you have parts in a metal company...

Its true than steel is infinitely reusable.. but it takes huge amounts of water and energy... not hemp.

  • @ripousse common sense. You need starches and sugars for efficient fermentation. Yeast consumes sugar to produce ethanol. Yeast doesnt consume cellulose or oils. hemp is mostly fiber(cellulose) and some seeds which are oily, which is why they are good for producing biodiesel. There is a new process called cellulosic ethanol in which the fiber is turned into ethanol but this is not as efficient a process. btw, fermentation(yeast) is not as efficient as you think either.

  • @LoomisLoftis Hemp plastic is biodegradable. Do homework before spouting rhetoric.

  • @trippinlikegod What isn't degradable? gold, and that's it.

  • @LoomisLoftis This wasn't supposed to be a serious response I hope. There is a difference between biodegradable and degradable by the way.

  • Can you just imagine a wreck at 70 mph in a HEMP vehicle????!!!!

  • @MonicaMuil the combined soy & hemp fiber material is far stronger than carbon fiber or steel. so i believe its totally safe.

  • @MonicaMuil it is 10 times stronger than what your car is made of right now in your driveway. i would rather be in a hemp car than a steal or plastic car in a crash anyday

  • Keep spreading the truth! Thanks sweet VIDEO!

  • Extremely frustrating. Our world is run by greedy assholes.Hemp is the longest strongest most durable natural fiber known to man.Hemp oil's health benefits and it's potential as a fuel are hard to ignore.

  • Hemp as the base for alcohol-fuel is 100 times more efficient and cost effective -- Can grow in low-quality and marginal soils/areas with little care and no pesticide use, as long as they are adequately irrigated or sufficient rainfall; 1000s of products from textiles to organic plastics to a whole new basis for chemical engineering and pharmaceuticals; Excellant for restoring poor farmlands, burn-offs, eroded hillsides; Replace heavily-subsidized cotton and rice-growing with hemp plantations!

  • @starmanskye - That's exactly why cannabis is still prohibited. It's many uses would put it in direct competition with established corporations that lobby our politicians to suit their "needs." And also there would be less justification for law enforcement spending, and the government wouldn't like that.

  • @starmanskye Rudolph Diesel is the best there is he discovered a way to make cars run without using gas it saves people money to. Most people use gas but i think everyone should use diesel fuel it is the best way to ride. Hemp just copied diesel

  • nope not full of shit peopole need to make up before we destoy this planet

  • 1:38

i'm not entirely convinced you're full of shit. but mostly... i'm still watching the vid though. i'm enticed

  • Henry Ford ... a pothead?

pretty sure he was a racist F*#k

  • If France, Canada and others are growing hemp for fiber so avidly, where are the products? Why do we still have steel bodies?

Something is amiss yet- unless the hemp/plastic bodies are heavier.

  • Cost effective, Carbon Fiber is stronger than steel too when woven, why do they only use it in race cars?

Your Honda made of Carbon Fiber yet too?

No so Hemp can be made into a fiber system to make a body just the same but the world is full of complete and utter morons who run this monkey infested planet and we get the bullshit you see today.

  • @Roadsideimports "Your Honda made of Carbon Fiber yet too?" There are some with modifications that involve carbon fiber. F1 cars run straight on ethanol and are entirely carbon fiber. Boeing now with their 787 will be the first aircraft company to release a airframe made entirely out of composite materials. orders on it have skyrocketed. This dramatically reduces weight and improves, fuel efficiency, and interior quality with allowing moister air and bigger windows thanks to composites.

  • @Roadsideimports

Are you familiar at all with the material cost? Carbon fiber is expensive. It has decreased in price 10 fold in the last decade but is still out of reach for most consumers. Maybe you want a $200k Civic? Strength isn't a singular property. There's tensile, compressive, shear, ductility, etc. The many alloys of steel we have made available to ourselves are the best of all worlds, are relatively inexpensive, and are infinitely recyclable. Carbon fiber is famous for fatigue.

  • @quadancer The ability of steel to plastically deform(i.e. buckle) is not a bug, it's a feature. They used to build cars like freaking tanks; but that killed a lot of people and now we build them to absorb shocks instead.

  • @soylentgreenb

It obvious we're debating a bunch of pot heads. Hemp is going to save the world somehow. If these people would look at the rest of the globe and see how hemp has saved nothing even in places where it's not illegal at all maybe they'd get a clue.

  • @vipervnm HEMP has nothing to do with the cannabis people use to get high. America got almost every country in the world to outlaw the growing of HEMP when they renamed the plant marijuana. There is a difference in industrial HEMP and cannabis people smoke. There is so much more to this plant. I don't know why so many people are afraid of it. You are not debating a pothead here just a open minded person who wants a Hempcar run on Hempfuel. Thousands of jobs here. Free the farmer.

  • @sturgismom13 They made marijuana and hemp illegal, they only got rid of hemp. Google Sensible Washington

  • Excellent post, RSI. It's a shame that your comment section is being trolled by agents working big oil : /

  • No doubt, it is just simple minded people who don't see reality of things and don't use their minds. We could achieve so much if we put our heads together but sadly we can't because we are ultimately all selfish assholes. I'd like to see things change in society but sadly I can't hold my breath that long.

  • and greedy..? the root of most evil

my hopes are that technology & common sense will out last

the old school greedy bastards who's tentacles still coltrol the masses

  • Great, Awesome, Superb, Sheer Genius, Bold, Super Duper, Hard Hitting, Full of Facts, A Must See, Fascinating, Highly Informative, Mind Blowing, Air Worthy, News Worthy, Eye Opening, I Really Liked It!!!! Thanks for the upload! The raw footage of the Hemp Car is Priceless.

  • Thanks nice video god bless. All out of marijuana that's life.

  • thnx 4 the post

    look like BARBIE

    smoke like MARLY

  • man you opened my eyes ,thanks i had know idea ,i love your video ,good reporting i am bullenchris18

  • Interesting film, unfortunately many errors of historic fact. Fords before the T and all Model T's were steel. T's low compression engine with a multi-spark ignition lets it to run on almost any volatile hydrocarbon. All Ford early literature only refers to 'gasoline' as a fuel. There is no mention of using alternative fuels in either 'My Life and Work' or 'The Great Today and the Greater Future', both books by Ford himself. Hemp has many uses, but it is best for being a long strong fibre.

  • All you have to do is Google "Ford's hemp car" and you see that the fiber was used to make the complete car.

Funny how things get removed from history from those who control things.

  • The Ford 'Hemp' car was built in the 1940's. First Ford car built by the Ford Motor Company was 1903. There were no hemp-built Fords prior to the experimental ones of the 1940's. Only the car body can use hemp, and the process was basically like fibreglass using hemp instead of glass. Ideal for a monocoque body. Hemp's greatest attribute is as a plant with long strong fibres It was used for very strong cloth eg trousers and ship's sails.

  • True the Model T was designed to run on Hemp Seed Oil, the car ran on Hemp as its fuel source. Diesel ran his on peanut oil.

  • Sorry I can't accept that! It has a carburetor to vapourise volatile fuel. It has a low compression engine. It cannot run on oil alone. I have run one on alcohol, on a mixture of petrol and diesel distillate, and on pure kerosene, but with kero it needs to run on petrol first to get hot. There is no way that any standard T can be made to run on straight oil. Ford was open to ideas, and it would run on alcohol derived from hemp, but with much less efficiency that petrol.

  • Then don't. Ford's Model T ran on ethanol from Hemp Seed Oil.

When Henry Ford designed the Model T, it was his expectation that ethanol, made from renewable biological materials, would be a major automobile fuel.

  • However, gasoline emerged as the dominant transportation fuel in the early twentieth century because of the ease of operation of gasoline engines with the materials then available for engine construction, a growing supply of cheaper petroleum from oil field discoveries, and intense lobbying by petroleum companies for the federal government to maintain steep alcohol taxes.

  • Many bills proposing a National energy program that made use of Americas vast agricultural resources (for fuel production) were killed by smear campaigns launched by vested petroleum interests. One noteworthy claim put forth by petrol companies was that the U.S. government's plans "robbed taxpayers to make farmers rich".

  • Not sure how you make Ethanol from Hemp Seed Oil, but it can be made by fermenting the rest of the plant.

There is no reference at all in any original Ford books or papers that I can find, of his model A, B, C, F, K, N, R, S, or T being designed to run on a fuel other than petroleum, although some of his early experimental engines ran on coal gas.

I do not disagree with the concept of what you are saying, only the historic innauracies.

  • it's all BS.

History was re written for the masses...everything is an illusion.

Cars were made to run on alcohol or petrol...

People had stills at home, not much need for a gazillion gas stations when you can make your own.

Did you know there was time in the USA you could be jailed for NOT growing HEMP?

What about paying your taxes in cannabis?

Is that missing in your history book too?

55K+ products replaced with hemp, that is with it being illegal for 100 years.

    HEMP is the key!

  • " All Ford early literature only refers to 'gasoline' as a fuel." ur so dull they don't rewrite history, they un-write it. Please go away and read 1984 and stop being such a drone

  • I read '1984' in the 1960's.

The literature I am referring to was written from 1903 onwards, I also referred to the original 1923 editions of My Life and Work as well as The Great Today and Greater Future- that is what I mean as 'early literature, not some later pseudo historian's take on the matter.

When I make a statement it is on the basis of original research to the original data. It appears that my effort to offer some constructive criticism has been wasted.

Try working on a T yourself

  • I don't have a model T. Someday maybe. Life is to short to be an asshole and bitter on things so laughing is always so much more fun, pisses people off but who cares because they should try laughing more.

  • My mistake. I thought that your film was a serious device to impart some information, even if it is inaccurate information. I didn't realise that it was done as a spoof.

I won't bother with further comment.

  • It is not a spoof, it is not inaccurate. It is brief that is true and there can be much more said about it but big money and oil stopped it but at least I can stop carrying on and on with this crap.

  • The model T could run on whisky!

  • Well people can get high off of a petroleum.

But dumb asses getting high off it is what gives it PC to outlaw it.

But then its no worse than Alcohol either.

I do neither but as long as Alcohol is legal so should Marijuana and if it became legal so would something like this.

  • Thanks for sharing. I was searching some video material about ... And that's it. Good Job

  • omg, i was really interested until he went on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on........

i dont think he took a breath.

  • Oh I took a breath I just took them all out on the editing program.

  • I'm going to have to see some documentation there bro

  • Ahh The good ole illuminatti playing fuel games ehh! skull and bones 322 ring a bell. Games over Boys! 11:11 Is here! We the lightworkers know your game! get ready for the storm! Boys. C Ya! in 2012. Hope you have a new plan! Maybe plan C or D cause the other plans arent workin! E might work as well ya think!

  • Comment removed

  • I never said he wasn't.

  • You are a mentally challenged if you think Bush was for biofuels. I can't believe there are people as ignorant as yourself that vote. This video lays out the truth for you and you criticize it. Do some research. Great video!!!!!!

  • Every president supports biofuels and alternative energies. Some just scream it so they get elected but none of them really do anything. Btw Obama lies all day long, he hasn't done anything for anyone. The noble prize is a joke for him.

  • LOLOL

  • i saw this biografia in english

  • type "NEW SENATE BILL INVOLVES INTERNET SHUTDOWN"... you'll see...

  • Under the proposed Cybersecurity Act of 2009, the president would have the authority to shut down Internet traffic to protect national security.

Yeah you are right on that issue.

  • Comment removed

  • What new bill?

  • H.R. 1866, The Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2009

  • This is Ron Paul's Act, that is pretty cool, I wish he was president, he makes more sense in alot of things he says and does.

  • he's obviously on some new paranoia-inducing drug that's being tested by the government. right patricius?

  • Comment removed

  • hahha that gay hemp motor don't start to well does it the whole video is the guy trying to get the car to start maybe he should put some premium petrol in that pile of crap

  • HAHA the joke is on you, the car is a petrol motor genius the hemp motor Henry Ford himself used and there is no hemp oil sold anymore because Hemp production is illegal in the US. Maybe you should research things before you spout out shite from you pie hole.

  • sow the seed grow the weed

  • What is Marijuana?

  • Typically this word is used to refer to cannabis which has THC levels which is used as a drug to experience mild hallucinations. Hemp is also cannabis but has no THC levels and can not be used as a drug because it has no properties that effect the human makeup. The petrochemical companies launched an attack on cannabis and got the population worked up on outlawing the substance on the basis of hallucinogenic properties but only referenced what you call marijuana but the agenda was to ban hemp

  • Brilliant! Thanks for edge-uh-buh-katin' foos.

Hemp = freedom and a clean planet.

  • "Alcohol is the destruction of mankind and herb is the healing of a nation"

    Bob Marley

"Hemp Could Save The Earth, If Only People Knew It"

  • No...please READ and see where my comment was placed. The fact that surstliuq was implying drug use and hemp is where I was saying you can't consume hemp...We should be mandating its cultivation like we used to in the early 1900's and we wouldn't be so dependent on foreign commodities to sustain us here in the US...

  • Right we agree, because it is idiot MORONS like surstliuq who still falls into the uneducated set of Americans who are deceived by the deceptive practices of the corporate world and lobbyist that limit freedoms and rights of people. Remember that citizens have rights and that all citizens are governed but subjects are ruled. So sadly we are being ruled now.

  • Thomas Jefferson said it the best "corporations that grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent they conquered."

  • Comment removed

  • Well, then we are on the same page you followed suit with surstiliuq idiot comment and used the word consumption, when it should have been a reference to inhaling it. surstiliuq idiot comment was that he assumes HEMP has the same chemical properties as Marijuana, which is does not and was one important point to why the lobbyists pushed to outlaw Cannabis and claim that it all has hallucinogenic properties which is not true. So it appears that casethekid and I are on the same page.

  • Whatever surstiliuq is smoking... it's the WRONG stuff.

More nutritional and healthier than Soy hands down.

CURES cancer! Don't 'believe' it? Look at the massive research data or choose to know less.

The male plant is the hemp, the buds are on the female plant.

Jeesh!...and people wonder why conspiracy nuts and hippies seem so ardent about it. (go figure)

  • This was the funniest thing I've ever seen.

  • things have gotto to change we must work together and fight

  • You mean we do not have to get a million Iraqis killed and 5 million made refugees over oil:

  • KEEP TALKING TRUTH TO MNPOLOISTIC POWER.The people and truth like you will win in the end."alternative fuels" are becoming the only fuels.

  • Damn.. Who narrated this??

  • I did why what's up?

  • ROCK ON 5* just keep it posted and FUCK the plutocratic fascists!

  • Does it leave you with the perception that the narrator has 1st had experience with the harvest and consumption of hemp??? ... (yea me too)

  • ... :D

  • So even after 77 years of information surstiliuq is still under the impression that HEMP has the same chemical makeup as hallucinogenic Marijuana, which is the exact reason why the law pasted in the first place when the lobbyist pushed to ban Cannabis and the idiot public failed to make the connection to the textile good that HEMP is.

It is truly sad that almost 80 years later we still have such idiots like surstiliuq in the general population that are a voting contributant. Disgusting.

  • he also made body panels from soybeans.Theyre better than the sratch, dentand rust steel body panels we have today!

  • Hemp is a good replacement for plastics, paper, fabric, food, & other things 2. Ready to harvest in 4 mo. & take CO2 out of the air & require no pesticide, unlike cotton. WW2 farmers were REQUIRED to grow it. Even presidents had hemp farms. US is the only industrialized nation where it's illegal to grow this miracle crop. DEA says they can't tell the diff between MJ & hemp plants, even though there are MANY differences. I say we send them to Canada, France, England or China to get educated!

  • YAY!! Hemp is an amazing plant. On top of all the oils and fibers that can be harvested, like you said you can regrow it quickly. Unfortunately, money and greed are the reasons it's illegal. Wake up USA

  • Yeah, wake up. Sign petitions, write pissed off letters to your con-gress. Go to O'Bummer's website and tell him 'what for'.

BE the "change" you want to see in the world.

Michiganders have made waves how's your state doing?

  • Keep up the good fight. The sad fact is that money equals political pull and common sense is a rare commodity.

  • and pigs can fly

  • Do the research, you are 55 years old so do the research Diesel ran the motor on Peanut oil when he debuted his engine that is a historical fact. Ford ran his on hemp seed oil a historical fact. Look it up and stop being an ignorant American because we can not afford any more ignorance in this country or it will be the end of it. It is important to get educated & do your research and get involved otherwise you will not have Social Security or Medicaid or anything at all because of the issues
