N2N is just phenominal, although it didnt win best musical, it was nominated, which is an honour, N2N and BETM were the only two musicals that stood a chance of winning, cuz broadway loves two things, storylines with heart, which both had, and pushing boundaries,again both did. The Jukebox musical has been done already, as has the flipping a fairytale(s) on its ass, with Wicked and Into the Woods and countless jukebox musicals (WWRY, Jerser Boys etc). @KyleOgilvie1 wod have won, but because it played the same year as BETM, it stood a slight chance of winning, seeing as BETM is a crowd favourite,and you have to admit, the songs in BETM are amazing. i think it should have been a tie like in 1960 between sound of music and fiorello!. but on the other hand it did win pulitzer prize best drama. one of only 8 musicals to do so, the last one being RENT. N2N and BETM are equal interms of story line imo, the song wise, N2N are just mor my style.

I saw this show at the BUSHNELL in CONNECTICUT in April and absolutly loved it. I also think it deserved a TONY sweep. The music from this show is great as well. I love this song. I am happy to see that ALICE RIPLEY is touring with the show. When I saw this on April 2'nd she performed this show like she owned it. She was awesome.

Gabe is taunting Natalie as a brother would in real life when they get their way, more so than out of jealousy. Her dad only focuses on the mother and the mother on Gabe and her treatments. Look up a song that was cut from the show. It explains a lot. "Growing Up Unstable". Also, there is pretty good synopsis online. "Maybe" will give you some insight, too.

I just came back from ny and I saw this with meghann fahy as Natalie. And I have to admit she's a lot clearer than jennifer. Brian Crum played Gabe and he did well and really fit the character, but now that I hear aaron's voice, I enjoy watching him perform too:) I wish I could've seen him play Gabe live.
