Democrats want to raise taxes but they don't feel as though they are subject to these laws. They say "Taxes are for the other, little people to pay". People like John Kerry, Tim Geithner, Charlie Rangel, Nancy Killefer, Tom Daschle, Pete Stark, Robert Wexler. THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL HYPOCRITES. Every one of them. These people should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They are the ones raising taxes and then not living by the rules they pass for everyone else.

John Kerry is a typical Democrat. He wants to raise taxes and punish "rich people" for their success, earned through hard work, yet he avoids taxes at all costs on his own money. The irony in this is that both he and his wife are rich not because of their own efforts but because of the hard work of her former husband John Heinz's family. Kerry has said in the past that the rich "need to pay their fair share" yet he goes out of his way to avoid these same taxes he helped pass.

John Heinz-Kerry is blaming all of this on his wife. I assume that they both reside in Mass. Why would they register this boat in another state? Oregon has no sales tax. People here in Washington state used to buy and register vehicles in Oregon to avoid sales tax. A law was passed and now this practice has become illegal. Is what Kerry did illegal? Apparently not. Is it dishonest? Yes. Just another bad example set by the wealthy people who run our government.

I would support any American moving their boat to a more friendly state to save on taxes. We all try to keep some of our income to ourselves when we take deductions on our own tax returns.
