I love this car. I dont know why everyone is being such a prick to Porsche for producing a 4 door saloon. Porsche doesnt mean 911 Turbo or Carrera. It can also mean Panamera. So lets give it a chance. If Porsche did it, there must be a reason. Besides it looks like a very very prestigious business car, the ideal car to pick up your clients with style. Not with a typical S class Mercedes or a Rolls Royce.

They told us that, by the 21st Century, all our cars would look like jets and have turbine (or fusion) engines. This is a pretty good start. Will GM or Toyota make anything like this someday? Hydrogen Fuel Cells would be cool. And really, if you ever had to sit in the back seat of a 2-door, you'd vote for four doors, too. Or maybe you just don't consider your passengers' comfort? The looks are a bit odd especially of you're looking at it on the side but by a different perspective, It's actually good looking. Back's not that good (unless the spoiler pops out and then it's a bit good) but the front is brilliant and Interior is nice aswell. At least it doesn't have the same interior as the 911's, Caymans and boxters.

It's not the best looking car but it's also not the ugliest. Just examine it a little bit and it'll grow on you. And I'm not even a fan of Porsches.

If they made it sleek and low there wouldn't be enough space inside and it wouldn't be comfortable. It would ruin the whole point of making a luxury sedan, it would just be another cramped porsche

I must say, from the front.....the car looks like a Carrera GT....yet from the rear...it looks like a Cayman.

Regardless, a technological and automotive feat by Porsche. The Panamera looks stunning IMO, and it seems smooth in its performance, as German cars are known for, and also luxury-wise....it doesn't disappoint either.

I think Porsche may have pulled it off. I've been very skeptical about the Panamera but I think it actually looks pretty good. The pop-out spoiler is ill.

On the other hand, I was excited about the Aston Martin Rapide, but recent undisguised shots has revealed it as being an awkwardly proportioned, stretched DB9 which just looks wrong. The DB9's a beautiful car, but the Rapide is not.

i am a great Porsche fan. I was jumping off the walls when i heard Porsche was starting to buy Volkswagen.
