@iamprincebones no never introduce the babbies to the father "EVER" and only put the mom and the dad back togeather(with out the babbies around ) only if u want them to mate and have more babbies

My hammies had babies today. Cant wait until they look like this. 5/7 is a good survival rate. usually big litters not all survive because mom cant handle them all :( its sad but true.

hi how can you tell the gender of robo hamsters? cause i bought three 2 boys and 1 girl supposedly from different petsmarts/petco. but i check and check and their area just all look the same and none are going in heat every four days???? please help me out lol

@ddaica Hey ddaica. I can help you. Have you ever seen a male dog? Well, the male hamster from underneath will look like that. A anus then a little bump (the penis) further away from it. If you see no bump, and two holes next to each other, then its a girl! :D And yes the female goes into heat every 4 days. one male and one female in a separate tank, and let them chase eachother around. Thats what I did and it worked! My hamster is now due in 3 days :D

ok nvm. i wan ask u about robo. my roborovski baby is 6 days old now. i sperate the dad long ago. if i put back the dad when the baby robo is 14 days old. will the mum and babies fite the dad?

@iamprincebones I know you posted a year ago, but others might still be asking the same question. I've put the sons back with the father after 2 weeks and they got on reasonably well (There was only one out of the ten he didn't seem to get on with). This is because they've all got the same "family" scent.
