I have also participated in OWS. police had to act to protect protesters, when few decided they want to take advantage of a large gathering.

we live in such a wonderful country, it's our right, to speak our mind and protest and rally as we please, as long as we follow the law. I have participated in over 30 of them in my life time, was never arrested, tortured, beaten or shot at. I was always treated with respect.

interesting!! when there is a staged pro Assad rally, you hear music and dancing. but when there is a protest against Assad. all you hear is fire arms being shot at protesters.

if there were armed terrorist groups plotting against Assad, shouldn't be the opposite?
