The first part is about speaking up your mind, and not letting your past overcome your thoughts. The second part is not allowing other people to influence you negatively, and not to let your negative thoughts rule your mind. The last part is basically speaking to young people, saying that until they're fully grown they've still got a very good chance at life. At least that's my interpretation of it, but it could definitely have many meanings. That's one of the beauties of AnCos music.
