Dell Streak, Nexus One, Archos 5 IT Benchmark. Does the streak suffer a 30FPS limit like HTC Evo?

yeah i have my dell streak rooted on gb now and i can safely say there is no 30 fps cap on it anymore. my average score running quadrant standard is ~2500-3000 ... you should try an updated test between the 3.

After doing some comparison benchmarks on my Dell Streak, It seemed it was limited to a maximum of 30FPS, just like the HTC Evo.

this is because the HDMI dell streak have HDMI support so it suffers from the 30fps lock with a custom rom this will be solved

Those benchmarks look like the streak has 1.6, that's a little unfair and misleading, e.g. comparing apples with oranges

Results with 2.1 are much closer

Google benchmarks on 2.1/2.2 and see for your self

when you take into consideration that they are running at different resolutions thats got to account for something hasnt it, and also if they are using different version OS thats got to factor in as well surely

33% more pixels then the archos and over 2 times the pixels of the nexus one.

In the second test, how come all three devices were running at different resolutions? Only the Streak showed 800x480 in the results.

The Nexus is running at 533 x 320, the Archos is running at 711 x 427 and only the Dell is running at 800 x 480.

I can't seem to get the Nexus or the Archos to run at the maximum resolution sadly but I've just checked all 3 of them again and the Dell is truly pixel perfect where the Nexus and Archos look blurry due to not running at the native res.
