Well to start out the Murader is like 11/2 time biger then a marine but the muarder operator is from prison and there genetically enginered to be bigger so they can fit in the suit.

to fit in and use the arms use the parts they made it sorta like the idea of a spartan from halo but the hydrolics for these are used for extended body parts like the arms are use by holding these sorta of metal reigns that he uses to control arms then feet he has a thing he places his feet in that acts as a way to control the legs so basicly this is a spartan form halo with a lot less control of what they are doing and also that is not abducted as childern then genitcly enhanced (my thoughts)

You mentioned using a grid on reference images to match your own; how did you impose a grid upon the reference image? I've googled this to see if there's software designed for that but the returns were somewhat ambiguous.

If you look at the marauder size compared to a man, it's likely it's actually a small robot 'mech, rather then a power armor. "Aka, baby Thor"

The marauder is 2-3x the marine armor, which already looks bigger then a normal human size.

Think of a way better version of the 'power armor' in Avatar. Kinda like that. Dude in the chest controlling the mechanical arms, etc. Makes a lot more sense that way, and still cool as hell.

@Talon21 i thihnk its kind of like the marine concept in the trailer, like how you see he doesn't fit into the "gloves" but grabs this handle near the end of te arm and i think thats supposed to transmit waht he want into the armor or whatever with his head, except with the marauder the thing he grabs onto would be like at the elbow and the legs would be similar and at the knees

also the tubes are for hidraulic movement of the arms and legs because theyre so heavy they cant be moved with human strength quickly enough

If you watch the Blizzard Marine Trailer again you will se that hes hands dont go into the power armor "gloves." So the arms are probably robotic about halfway down =D

the reason there are so many things to the guns is because it has to assemble the punisher grenades from the parts stored in the suit and the reason they have multiple barrels is because there are multiple assembly points and the detail is mostly circutry or ports to vent heat

Nice one :) If at some point you decide to draw some more tech, you can start with siege tanks - lot's of positions, lot's of improvisation can be done :) And they are bit more clean.

a human doesnt fit into the armour, ur arms would just reach into the overall arms but u control the entire arm from control panels and handles within the arm. Look carefully at the trailer where the guy fits into the armour, look at his hands fitting into these panels that i speak about.

He looks just slightly blobby, like he has too many rounded edges. A thing about Terran is that their mech is blocky. That being said, holy fantastic shmogenheims, awesome drawing! Clock idea from SofusPost is also a good idea, nothing fancy just stick a clock or a stopwatch in the camera view and forget about it.
