Hey are you guys in Georgia still? I live a little south in Macon so if you are heading to Florida I have some grease here, could spare 40 50 gallons. I get it straight out of the fryers at my local Buffalo's. I have been running grease for a year. I am 7 months raw, about 80% now but was 100% for the first three months. I have lost about 60 lbs on the scales but I am also lifting weights everyday, lowered my bodyfat from 44% to 32%, on my way to 10%- 8% range. Would to meet you. Bye Fred

I'm reading "The Calcium Bomb" and am curious about different strategies. Because I always like to try something I can get in a store (or the woods) before ordering an exotic herb online, I'm wondering if you have any thoughts of using clay for chelation? If so, what kinds of clay would you recomend (smectite, bentonite?)

I put the powder shilajit in some raw chocolate I have been making...and some other great tonics...I am experimenting with other sweetners besides agave to see if I can get that great flavor that are in other chocolate bars like gnosis or bliss bars.
