Your bolts shouldn't back out if you use new lockwashers. If you have a vibration that bad, your blades are out of balance and/or your belt(s) have a burned spot in them from a pulley spinning on the stationary belt. That will make a tremendous vibration. Shouldn't vibrate at all if everything is set up right. Good video. Mr. Golfcarttractor need to watch you. He has "repair" videos that are inane. "Fixed" an engine and it wouldn't start. Pulled the rope 7 times and gave up. Mine start 1st. pull
@MrMrtiki I have tried that, and had the bolts back out on their own from vibration. I have had pretty good luck using an impact gun to remove them, but you will want to put fresh bolts back in.
Loved the wonderwoman music during the fast forward. Not sure how she tightened the flange nut without the blade on. I saturated both sides of the flange bolts with PBblaster overnight and they still broke.
I got a kick out of the rightie-tightie, lefty-loosey grafics! The guy that fixes mowers in town is fugly, If they had her working there, most guys would break their mowers on purpose all the time, great for business!
not on the older deck.......replace the whole darn assembly, especially if some moron welded the blade to the spindle ,when he broke mount bolts off in housing......use PB Blaster on those bolts so they won`t break off......fyi
real cool..but #1 rule..never push a ratchet or wrench..always pull them..saves a bunch of bandaids!

Great to see a Lady doing this type of machanics ,However don`t you think that antiseize on the threading would benefit removing next time .

Hey Codi,
You should wear some stretchy work gloves sweety; they keep your hands clean and protected. Nice job on that repair, you made it look easy.

Codi, Nice video, both interesting and professional. I'm confident now that I can replace my mower spindle. Thanks for making the video.
