well, its considered a convention of para para...a rule that doesnt really change since the dances are always hand-focused.

@Kadajfan101 I think that it is probably universal in most Para Para dances just so you never have to establish what foot to start on, so you're always in step. Like in marching band, it's always the left foot first.

Ok, not always, some routines can change it, but basicaly you move right first.
