  • The funniest part of the original is the 2-frame cape wobbling, and you didn't translate that. Sad times.

    Still, very funny.

  • @Asdayasman Remillia's three frame flapping wings was supposed to be that.

I couldn't speed it up enough and still have it look good, so I didn't put it at the end.

Same with the foot tapping. Couldn't get it to look right, so I just removed it.

  • @CastlePokemetroid No worries, it's still pretty funny. Love watching the eyes when they realise they are intoxicated to the point of sterilisation.

  • Best line of the whole thing:

"Oh, well I feel fine- oh there it goes" *trips balls*

  • I'm not sure what I was just looking at, but I liked it. XD

And thanks for the advice! I won't be doing all too much in terms of zooms, or scene changes, but I'll see what happens!

  • @SwerveStarEx Just showing you what can be done with Create.swf + Photoshop, and not to mention a really random audio clip.

  • I bust a serious gut and almost died at trigger happy reisen...Thank you for that.

  • @Gosphel7 The only flaw I see in this video is that only a single frame of the bullet showed up. I had at least seven. No idea where the other six frames of the bullet went. The arm animates just fine.

But yeah, the whole reason why I chose Reisen for that role is because of the gun shooting. I knew someone out there would love that. Thanks for the praise.

I think I'll move away from sprite based animation and go to custom Walfas animations. I think I'm better at these.

  • @CastlePokemetroid It's alright. It was great...must have taken a while though, geez.

  • @Gosphel7 Not as long as sprite based animations. This animation took me five days in comparison to the one to four or so months it takes me for sprite based animations.

And this is even considering the fact that I do custom drawings in my Walfas animations, and I usually don't do any custom sprites in my sprite based animations.

Then again, this animation is only a minute long, compared to the ten that my sprite ones usually are.

  • First, I watched the source. Then, I watched this. The fact I laughed harder at this is a good sign you're doing a good thing.

Excellent job on your first Walfas venture, and it'll be interesting to see what you do with Photoshop/Premier as far as custom stuff goes (nice job on the custom eyes/mouths, too).

  • @Spaztique The best part about Walfas is that I don't have to worry about crooked lines or badly drawn shapes.

I basically draw all the custom stuff in one go, without ever touching ctrl + z
