  • Great lesson ! Why do you use : Am7b5 D7b9 Gm7 and not : Am7 D7b9 Gm7. (real book version).

  • Am7b5 - D7b9 -Gm7 is quite standard in a II-V-I progresssion that goes to a minor chord. The scale you would use is G harmonic minor.
