@dirtproofsponge The diaphragm moves depending on how you breathe. What is sad about it? Do you have a better solution that helps people lose weight? Stapling or some diet pills? I did this and lost 10lbs.

that is not where the diaphragm is located. This is sad. however I do not see anybharm in what he is doing.
