That's pretty mean to just hold him there and make him think he can get back into the water like that. You'd think that people who worked at wildlife centers would know better.
@WaxItYourself If he gets back into the water and continues living in and around the marina, he's in danger of being caught by a boat propeller or suffering blunt trauma from one of the boats coming in or out, because he's too young to know how to avoid it.
