@willimurph This type of etiquete is not practiced as often. Most eat shusi with chop sticks these days. I prefer to eat nigiri with my fingers as its easier with this type and I like the tradition.

Nope! I love sushi! You just have to find some that fit your taste. I recommend the crunchy roll, volcano roll and the shrimp tempura. Those are my fave 3. Not all sushi has raw fish in it. I go for the rolls.

He is using the eating side of the chop sticks to pick up the sushi on the serving tray. The proper way is to use the other end and put it on your plate. So you don't your spreas germs

the general way (there is no "right" way) to hold shopsticks is to hold one between the index and middle finger, and rest the other on the third finger. Only one of them moves up and down.

Also, the traditional way to eat sushi is with ur hand, usingthe middle finger and thumb to hold the sides and the index finger to hold the top. People generally use chopsticks now, but thats for convienience, so there is no 'right' way to eat with chopsticks.
